Maddison Kirschner is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, born and raised in Northern California but settled in Alabama with her family in 2021. Maddison has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and received her Master’s of Science in Marriage & Family Therapy from Capella University, where she graduated with High Honors. Maddison is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and has experience working with individuals, couples, and families. Maddison takes great pride in her work and always strives to learn and grow professionally and personally. Hope is a dedicated counselor and a native of Ozark, where she graduated from Carroll High School and earned both her Bachelor's degree in Collaborative Education and her Master's degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Reverend Tim Bates, and together they raise their five children in the Ozark community. With over 26 years of experience working with families and children in ministry, education, and mental health, Hope has a strong passion for supporting others. For the past four years, she has specialized in trauma therapy, becoming certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and focusing on helping women and children heal from trauma. Her extensive experience in trauma therapy, along with her work in evaluations and assessments for all ages, makes her a valuable asset to the Ozark community. Sabrina Shaw is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She was born and raised in Troy Alabama. Sabrina has a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University, a Master’s of Arts in Emergency Management from Waldorf University, and a Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University. She has experience working with adults, teens, kids, couples, and families. Sabrina has achieved Gottman Couple’s Therapy Level 2 training. She loves to learn new things and is always looking for new opportunities to learn. She feels that as a therapist she should provide her clients with trust, empathy, safety, and opportunity. In her free time she enjoys learning new hobbies, reading, watching movies, and traveling. She especially enjoys traveling to Walt Disney World. Mēchill Cōel is an MFT-graduate intern at National University, BS in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco graduating with honors. She is a Disabled American USAF Veteran who served with honor, a member of Phi Chapter of Omega Nu Lambda Honor Society, Wiregrass Elks Temple #566, and the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapists. She is under the direct supervision of Dr. Tara Tate, LMFT-S. Mēchill has experience collaborating with individuals, couples, LGBTQA+, and families. Mēchill’s goal is to be nonjudgemental, safe, and supportive to those navigating their process of seeking change, healing, growth, or self-understanding.
