Insurances Accepted and SElf-Pay Rates

We accept Medicaid for ages 18 and younger. A referral will have to be provided by your primary care physician (PCP). This is also known as an EPSDT screening. Call your PCP and ask them to Fax the client's EPSDT screen to Oak River Counseling and we will call you to set up an appointment.

For those who do not have insurance and wish to pay out of pocket, our self-pay rate is $100 for individual, couples and family counseling.  Please call 334-443-1030 to set up an appointment today or book an appointment below.
