As Office Manager, she is passionate about providing excellent support, keeping the office running smoothly, and making sure everyone feels comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive.
Alisha Chilson -- Billing Specialist/Coordinator (Remote)
Alisha is the heart and soul of our counseling office, serving as the dedicated Office Biller and Coordinator who ensures everything runs seamlessly. With a warm and approachable demeanor, Alisha is known for her vast knowledge and unwavering commitment to keeping operations efficient and organized. Madi is the friendly and organized Office Administrator for our Enterprise office, helping ensure each client’s experience is smooth, welcoming, and stress-free from the first point of contact. She assists with scheduling, questions, and coordination, while supporting both clients and clinicians behind the scenes. Madi is passionate about creating a supportive and approachable environment.
