Life has a way of shaping us in ways we never expected. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely welcomed, deeply heard, and never judged. I believe healing begins in relationships where we are accepted as we are, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside each person as they discover their path forward.
I strive to create an environment where you feel safe exploring your experiences, recognizing your strengths, and reconnecting with your own inner wisdom. Together, we'll work to better understand what has brought you here, process the challenges that have been weighing on you, and create meaningful, lasting change. I believe every individual already possesses the capacity for healing, and my role is to offer the compassion, guidance, and support needed to help that healing unfold. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more empowered, more connected to yourself, and more confident in your ability to create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in both Alabama and Georgia and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) through the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). With more than 16 years of counseling experience, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across outpatient, crisis, and inpatient mental health settings.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and individualized because I recognize that no two people experience life the same way. I draw primarily from Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Existential Therapy while tailoring treatment to meet each client's unique needs and goals.
One of my primary specialties is trauma treatment. I utilize an integrative approach that combines Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) with Bilateral Stimulation (BLS) eye movements to help clients process traumatic experiences and reduce the lasting impact trauma can have on daily life. I also have extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), ADHD, relationship and family concerns, neurodivergence, developmental disorders, crisis intervention, severe and persistent mental illness, dual diagnosis, and substance use disorders.
Whether you're seeking support during a difficult season or working toward long-term personal growth, I am committed to helping you feel understood, supported, and equipped with the tools needed to move forward with confidence.
I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments to best meet your needs. I accept BCBS and Self-Pay

Choose what fits your lifestyle: in-person sessions in Ozark or Enterprise, Alabama, or secure telehealth therapy anywhere in Alabama.
