 I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in genuine connection, so that together we can move toward healing, self-discovery, and growth.

I work with adults navigating trauma, parentification, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I also work with children, adolescents, and families, offering a compassionate environment that encourages emotional expression, healthy communication, resilience, and self-compassion. Healing is not linear, and I meet each client with empathy and care, wherever they are in their journey.

I believe every person's story holds meaning, and that the experiences we carry shape who we are becoming. There is strength in vulnerability, and healing often begins when we allow ourselves to be fully known.

As an Associate Licensed Counselor practicing under the supervision of Kathryn Hope Bates, LPC-S, I take an integrative approach. People are multifaceted, and lasting change comes from honoring the emotional, relational, behavioral, and personal experiences that make each of us who we are. My goal is a thoughtful, individualized experience that supports lasting growth and connection.

 I currently accept Medicaid insurance and Self-pay. Available in person at our Enterprise, AL office and by telehealth throughout Alabama.
