You deserve a space where you can take off the mask and be fully yourself. I help teens, adults, couples, and families work through trauma, addiction recovery, life transitions, and identity challenges so they can reconnect with who they truly are and live with greater authenticity and peace.

My approach is trauma-informed, nonjudgmental, and deeply compassionate — focused on helping clients feel safe enough to explore the parts of themselves they’ve had to hide. Many of my clients have faced difficult pasts, involvement with the justice system, or experiences of domestic or sexual abuse (DV/SA) that left them feeling uncertain or disconnected. Together, we work to heal the past, strengthen self-worth, and build a future grounded in hope and self-acceptance.

I also support clients managing depression, anxiety, self-harm behaviors, and self-image concerns, helping them break free from perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the fear of not being enough. In therapy, we focus on finding your voice, reclaiming your story, and building emotional resilience for lasting change.

Holding Doctorate in Social Work, I bring both advanced clinical knowledge and heartfelt empathy to my work. I offer in-person sessions in Ozark, Alabama, and telehealth therapy across the state — providing a safe, supportive space where you can feel seen, valued, and real. I accept Bluecross/Blueshield, Aetna and Medicaid.
